EVERYBODY, INTO THE POOL!

Just a quick "jump into the pool." While in Tomahawk, after laying my Mom's remains to rest in the Lord at Greenwood Cemetery, and after we had a great supper downtown Tomahawk, we went back to the local motel with the pool!

AND... the rest is history!

This is Nick doing his 'jive walk' into the pool! There was a big splash!

This is Erik "walking on the water." He said he could make it two steps. Looks like it was just about two! Then...splash!

This is Sam doing his "look at me, Mommy and Daddy!" Sam is a little pollywog and loves the water! His water "bravery" is a little scary sometimes, but thank God for big brothers and sister! They always seem to be at the right place at the right time. Oh, yeah, Sam made a splash too!

Cindy, Katy, Josh and I were also in the pool, but were not quite as "entertaining" as these three were. Plus, you WOULDN'T want to see us in bathing suits! :0)

Son Rock Kids Camp

This summer we have enjoyed a new addition to our home. Katy (and the family) is taking care of a family friends' daughter while mommy and daddy are at the law office...that is their job! Alaina is 5 months old and a real sweetie...as you can tell, even Tony can't resist a cute baby!!


Son Rock Kids Camp was our VBS theme for this year!! It was a blast!! Katy, Nick and Sam were campers, Josh was a teacher, Dad a leader and Mom a music co-ordinator. Ben and Erik even jumped in on helping out when needed...such as launching water balloons and copying CD's for the kids to enjoy the music at home. Here Katy and her good friend Saerina are waiting with the rest of the campers for one of the special parts of the day...snack time...Katy is on the left...tall one with the blue t-shirt.


And last but not least, a group photo of the campers...ages pre-K- going into 7th grade attended!! Sam is in the front row...first boy from the right. Nick is in the middle row...blue t-shirt and red hat. Katy is in the back row, far left!!

Hope everyone is enjoying summer!! We sure are...basketball, football and baseball, not to mention golf are all parts of our summer!! Keep checking back...you will hear more soon!!

Sharing the joys of our children...

Mom....I can tie my shoe, but you can do it faster and I really want to go play... Josh just gradutated from St. Matthew's Lutheran School...checking out his class mates favorites...we are very proud of him....

With every great celebration there is cake...and lots of it...seems it was quite good...it was gone in just a few minutes...

Benjamin continues with sports...just a shot of him at first base this past season...his height and stretch-ability allows him to field the ball well...even when it was not thrown so well...
